At Paviors, we know how important our volunteers are, without volunteers like you, the club would not function as well as it does.
As a role in the club, Richard's is probably the most difficult of them all, arranging to cover our games each week either through coordination with the Referees Society and with a very limited pool of club referees, and when we are limited in available referees, Richard puts his hand up to cover the games. The role of club referee coordinator is a critical one and one that many perhaps do not realise exists, but without Richard the games simply couldn’t go ahead, and we want him to know just how valued his is by everyone at the club.
In recognition, of this, the Board and the whole club want to highlight the great work that Richard does and say thank you so much Richard for everything - we want everyone to know your contribution to the club is recognised and appreciated by us all at Paviors.
