At Paviors, we know how important our volunteers are, without volunteers the club would not function as well as it does. This month our Volunteer of the Month goes to Luke 'Shev' Majewski.
Many at the club will know Shev as a lifelong player for the club but what many will now know is his role within the girls section and how his role is helping to shape our girls section.
Without him, the girls’ section wouldn’t be where it is now. His dedication, enthusiasm, and approachability has meant we now have girls playing rugby who might never have thought the sport was for them and that it might be the start of their lifelong association with rugby and of course, Paviors. The work that Shev have done in growing the game by contacting local schools and putting on sessions for their girls to experience rugby and bringing them to the club, has been a huge success.
In recognition, of this, the Board and the whole club want to highlight the great work that Shev does and say thank you so much Shev.
