Fantastic recognition of the quality of the coaching at Paviors comes with the double appointment of Nathan Eggleshaw and brother Philip to Head Coaching Roles with the NLD.
Nathan takes the Senior Squad while Philip has the same role with the up and coming Under 18’s.
Just last Sunday Nathan stepped in to do a session with our Under 10s and both are heavily involved with the development of our Academy Team as well as their Senior Coaching Roles. Their willingness to muck in at any level to help the boys and girls improve, a hallmark of Paviors, is hugely appreciated by players, coaches and parents alike.
Philip’s rugby started at Paviors with the Minis and he went on to enjoy a great rugby career at the top level while Nathan on his return to Nottingham at the turn of the millenium has made massive contributions to the Club on, where he was a hugely successful and inspirational First XV captain, and off the pitch.
It is great credit to them and to the Club and we wish them well in their County Championship campaigns.
