Annual General Meeting

Monday 17^th July 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Monday 17th July 2023 at 7.00 pm. Please note that the AGM of Paviors Sports Club Limited will take place at the same meeting. Note that only members may attend the meeting, parents of age-grade players are members by proxy.

The agenda is as follows:

1. Record Apologies for absence and remember old friends.
2. Approve and adopt the minutes of the AGM which took place on July 11^th 2022 circulated with this notice.
3. Receive and adopt the Chair’s report summarising the Club’s current position.
4. Receive the report of the Director of Rugby.
5. Receive and approve the draft accounts.
6. Election of members of the Board for the forthcoming year 2023/24 noting that all current directors have agreed to stand for re-election.
7. Re-elect ‘en bloc’ current vice-presidents and consider new nominations.
8. Any other nominations for any of the positions detailed in items 6 and 7 above should be sent to the Secretary by June 30th 2023. Any such nominations should include the name of the candidate, the member proposing the candidate and a member seconding that proposal.
9. Appoint auditors for 2023/24.
10. Set the level of subscriptions for 2023/24.
11. Any Other Business – members wishing to raise any other matters for discussion should notify the Secretary by June 30^th 2023 at the latest.
