We're looking forward to getting the Minis back to Rugby, in a slightly changed format to normal but Rugby all the same!

Here's a heads up on how Sunday 6th September, Mini Section Registration Day,will work (with good luck, a following wind and us all pulling in the same direction!).

Social distancing must be adhered to at all times whilst at Paviors RFC please.

The club house will be open from 09:30am, with Covid-19 restrictions in place. Please make yourself aware of the restrictions. Signs will be up!
Registration will be slightly different from the last few years due to Covid-19 restrictions.
A marquee has been erected so that ALL registrations are conducted outside of the main club house.

The timetable for registration is as follows:
10:00 - 10:45 under 6's & under 7's
10:45 - 11:30 under 8's & under 9's
11:30 - 12:15 under 10's & under 11's
12:15 - 12:45 under 12's

The above times could change slightly, please bear with us, this is a first for all of us!.

All Age Groups will train at 10am at their allocated area as per the Pitch Plan, spectators please Socially Distance from other Spectators and the players. 

It would make registration run smoother and quicker if you could print and complete your own membership registration form before attending the club. Failure to do this means you will have to complete the required forms before entering the registration marquee. They are availalble on the "Info" Page of the Website.

If you are not involved with the registration process, could I ask you continue training under the normal restriction, only attend the registration area when it's your allocated time slot.

As part of the Covid-19 restriction, EVERYONE attending will need to complete the following: (available at the club on Sunday, for those new members that haven't received them from Team Managers):
Covid-19 Personal Assessment.
Covid -19 Track & Trace Form.

Your temperature will be checked at the gate using non-contact forehead thermometers.
