To celebrate International Women's Day we will be running a fun training session on Tuesday 8 March 6.00 to 7.15pm.
We would like women to come together and unite and have some fun in the fastest growing womens' sport. Bring Mums, Sisters, Aunties, Grandmas, Cousins and Friends.
All that is needed is some sports wear and trainers, boots if you have any but on a requirement. It will be a great evening for all ages, dust those trainers off and we will see you Tuesday night. The club house will be open for kids to entertain themselves.
Bar will be open to rehydrate and cake to put back those calories burnt off.
