From Burntstump to Welford Road, what a fabulous day out - England v Ireland 6 Nations Flag Bearers - the Girls teams Under 13s, Under 15s and Under 18s (with a representative from our Ladies team too), @paviorsrfcgirls @paviorsrfc for the @englandrufgby Red Roses match v @irishrugby Women in the @womenssixnations, the teams did an amazing job bearing the Irish flag for both the anthems.
The day started very early with Paviors Girls practicising the flag bearing, getting their photos taken with some prominate England players, past and present, then onto the main job of the day, where they all stood behind the Irish team with the huge flag whilst both national anthems were sung. Then into the stands to watch the game, c. 150 Paviors went to watch the match, a combination of our players, coaches, team managers, parents and families. Emily Skarratt picked up her 100th Test cap for England, a memorable and exciting day for everyone involved.
