Dear Paviors

The few volunteer vacacancies to fill within the Club are:

A team manager and coaches are needed for the Girls Under 13’s

Coaches for Under 6's, U7's, U8's & U11's

Mini's Fixtures Secretary

The key aspects of the Team Manager role are:

1. Organise the dissemination of all match information.

Make sure players, families and supporters know where they are playing and training each week. Work with the Head Coach to share information before matches with players/parents (as appropriate).

2. Ensure the team kit is properly maintained.

Make sure the team has appropriate kit for matches, especially with mouth guards and safety studs; share responsibility for the kit to be washed between matches and ensure all kit is returned at the end of the season (where applicable).

3. Comply with appropriate player registration.

Liaise with Membership Manager to make sure all players are registered before the first match; fill in team sheets and other relevant forms before matches.

The key aspects of the Coaches role are:

1. Lead training sessions.

Plan, deliver and review safe, engaging and effective training sessions; role model rugby’s values, and codes of conduct while developing individuals’ skill, confidence and fitness.

2. Adopt a Player centred approach.

Have a clear Coaching and Playing philosophy aligned to the wants and needs of every player.

3. Learning and Development.

Work with the Club Coaching Coordinator to continue and facilitate personal learning and development.

The Mini Fixtures Secretary:

This role involves booking and managing Mini's fixture for the 2022 Season and beyond (a maximum of 16 fixtures per year).  Full training and support will be provided.
