The Board is delighted to announce the appointment of a number of club members as associate members of the Board. The individuals, all of whom are detailed below, will attend Board meetings and gradually assume some of the responsibilities of the existing directors. This is all part of the Board’s plan for the future of the club, as we aim put in place potential successors to the current directors and introduce a greater element of diversity at board level.
The following individuals have assumed the new roles:

Elicia Hodgson
I am a familiar face at the club with a strong family connection dating back to when my dad, Kenny Marriott played for Paviors in the 70s and 80s. Both of my children continue to represent the club at age grade and I am currently manager of the U16 Boys and U15 Girls teams. I bring a wealth of professional experience to my new role as a director of my own company.
Oliver Collingham
I’m currently a Vice President and have played for the club for 30 years, continuing to play in the 1st team squad with my brother Joe. Our family business started sponsoring the club years ago, both in normal monetary terms, by donating a few shipping containers, lending equipment and some manual skills where required. I take a massive amount of pride in being a Pavior both in work and play where I’m able to make time to do so at the club, but also around the county by promoting the club and the sport by any means possible. As my playing days are nearing an end, I hope to give my time where possible to bettering the club for future generations of boys and girls.
Jane Louise Slater
I have been personally involved with Paviors for the last 6 years, but our family connection with Paviors goes back a lot further and we now have sons in both Minis and Juniors teams. I got involved with coaching around 3 years ago when our youngest child was in Under 7s. I'm now the manager for the Under 10s and jointly took on the Minis Chair role alongside Edd Shaw at the beginning of the 2021/2022 season. Outside of Paviors, I'm self-employed as a freelance Executive Assistant.
Andy Carey
I have been involved at Paviors RFC for about 12 years after starting to help with coaching the U8's when my eldest son started playing. I've never played rugby at Paviors but played at school and then at a couple of local Nottingham clubs. I have been managing and coaching the current U14's squad, which my middle son plays for, and has done since he was 5 years old. I also have a son in the U12's so I am often to be seen around the ground for Mini's matches and training as well as when the U14's are at the club.
I am currently the Mini and Juniors Fixtures Secretary and am looking for someone to shadow me with the intention of passing on the Mini's part of this role. I am joining board meetings with a view to providing representation for the Juniors Boys.
Emma Dimmock
I came to Paviors in 2015 with my youngest son having moved to the area and with rugby being a massive part of our lives we knew that Paviors was the club for us. I like being hands on and helping so I took on the membership secretary position and I now have many roles ………. So many roles!! You can always find me in the club house so make use of my newest venture and come chat to me so I can take your thoughts and ideas back to the board.
Jim McDonald
I am Paviors Club Safeguarding Officer usually found harassing everyone to complete DBS checks and I am also the NLD Safeguarding Manager looking after safeguarding for all the clubs under NLD.
I have been at Paviors for quite a while both as a player and a coach over the last 40 plus years and currently coach/manage the Academy team for u17/u18s having coached them all the way through from u6s.
Tom Ryan
My name is Tom, and I have been playing at Paviors since 2012 when I just part of the infamous Doxbridge Trent university group. I currently play for the 2nd/3rd team, while also managing the 3rd team. I am also part of the communications team and design a lot of the content for our Instagram page, as well as host and edit the changing room type podcast, PavsPod.
As someone who didn't grow up through Paviors, I know how important it is to feel welcome from the first time you step through the door and will continue to drive the family mindset we have at Paviors by being a go-between for players and the board.
Chris Eggleshaw
Secretary
