George Dimmock made his senior debut for the 3s away to Mansfield alongside his team mates Dylan, Noah and Will.
They all got stuck in on a freezing wet and windy day on a pitch with more sand and mud than grass but some great play from them and all the senior players led to a 28-7 win. George had a storming run up the middle of the pitch and did some sterling work in the loose making tackles and getting over the ball to win a penalty for us. He had no problem slotting into the scrum and working in the lineout alongside his fellow academy forwards to cap a fine debut. We are hoping to get a few more Academy lads playing senior rugby before the end of the season.
