As many of you will already be aware a number of directors have recently left the Board, namely Elicia Hodgson, Simon Stirland and David Green, all three of them having given exemplary service to the club for which we are genuinely grateful. Each one of them has given up a significant amount of their precious time, to ensure that the club continues to develop, whilst providing a safe and welcoming environment for the club’s current membership and future generations. We should like to take the opportunity to thank them for all that they have done, not only as Board members, but for all of the other work they have done for the club over many years. We sincerely hope that we will continue to see all three of them at our matches and social events, and wish them all the very best for the future.
Following these recent departures, we are now considering how best to structure the board and would welcome your input. Please come along to our Open Evening on Thursday 23rd May at 7pm to hear more about the different roles available and how you can make a difference to our future.
