U11/U12/14/16/18s train Weds 6:30pm - 8pm & Sun Games 1pm-3:00pm
Ladies Social Touch train Weds : 6.30pm - 8pm

Please come ready to train, with rugby boots, a gum shield and with your own water bottle.
